LOUISBURG, NC, APRIL 27, 2010: Phoenix Rotorcraft, LLC, a North
Carolina company, is pleased to announce their acquisition of
all
manufacturing rights to the Sparrow and Falcon gyroplanes
(formerly manufactured by Falcon Industries, Inc.) and the
SkyBlazer coaxial helicopter (formerly the Nolan Brother’s
51-HJ
and the Eagle’s Perch).
The Sparrow and Falcon gyroplanes feature a tall-tail rudder
system and centerline thrust for maximum stability, reliability
and safety. The gyroplanes share similar features, though the
Sparrow is the slightly smaller and lighter of the two. The
Falcon is availble with a full cabin enclosure and in a single
or
two-seat (side-by-side) version. The kits are priced to retain
their position as the most affordable gyroplanes on the market.
The SkyBlazer coaxial helicopter——an experimental aircraft——
features a dual rotor system, a hydraulic control system and
twin
engines; the second engine provides full safety backup since
either engine is able to sustain full flight and control of the
ship. This helicopter is currently available as a single-seater
with the option of a full cabin enclosure with doors. A two-seat
version is expected before the end of 2010. This helicopter
offers exceptional stability and maneuverability.
The above rotorcraft are immediately available to the public
in full kit form. More information can be found on the web at
http://www.phoenix-rotorcraft.com/. Or, please phone sales at 410-668-2757 or the factory at 919-340-0038.
